•Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time. Customers will be informed accordingly.

We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

•Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location)
Delivery times may vary due to:
Remote locations
Weather conditions
Courier service delays

•Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.

* Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can track your shipment using the provided courier partner’s tracking link.

* Delivery Issues

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.
Purusharth Bharat Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

* Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
